It has been said in one children's milk advertisement that, “Ages 0-5 is the most crucial stage of a child's development.” It is the time when children are very observant, receptive, and more likely to emulate those around them especially their parents, teachers, caregivers, or people they spend most of their time with. That's why it's important for parents to not just be careful in choosing or monitoring the people whom their children spend most of their time with because the child's environment or influences play a big part in shaping their character and personality which could start from simple imitation, and getting used to doing until it becomes a habit that could possibly continue until they grow up. And once it continues to become a habit, it'll then be hard to break or correct it in the long run.
