I have learned how to prepare for a lesson and how important it is to take care of time management, objectives, expectations, anticipated problems & their solutions for students and teachers. I have also learned how important the role of a teacher is and how to interact with the students in a most advantageous way. I now know how to plan different types of ESA lessons and how to take advantage from the different teaching methods which have influenced the teaching of a foreign language. I have also learned how to make use of teaching aids and how different groups of students respond to different activities or exercises. Once I will start teaching, I will always make sure to be prepared for the lessons and students, to have all the materials needed and not to plan too much into the lesson while offering diversity.
