I learned that english is harder than you think. There is a lot more to it than just speaking, listening and reading. To me I am sure that I am not always grammatically correct, but for the most part I am, but I couldn't tell you why all the time. Now I can in most cases and I definitely know where most of my weaknesses are. Grammar for sure. The course was informative and I know that I can take something from every lesson and incorporate it in my classes. It all depends on where, how and what level I decide to focus my teaching on. This course definitely gives you the fundamental tools and resources to start, but in no means does it guarantee that you will be a good teacher. That only comes from the other tangibles and teacher's abilities to teach.
