I think that more than anything I have gained confidence. I have been made more aware of the grammatical areas that I need to work on and the areas that I know. I know that the course is only the beginning and that I have a lot more studying to do but I feel that now I know the basics. I have always planned my lessons because I cannot imagine anything worse than appearing in a class with nothing organised but during the course my lesson planning has improved. I have learnt to include all areas, engage, study and activate. The course has given me the confidence to plan whole classes that are not based on a course book which can make the classes more interesting and fun. I will continue to use course books but I will include whole classes that are not based on the book to add spice and interest to them. From unit 10 I have learnt the importance of a positive, happy motivated attitude and how the opposite can affect a class and the motivation of the students. I have always tried to encourage my students but since doing the course I have been more aware of my body language and general attitude especial on days that I am more tired etc. In general I have enjoyed the course and feel that I have gained a lot from it.
