In this unit I have learnt about lesson planning. It is very important for teacher to plan the lesson specially for inexperienced teachers to have the lesson going smooth without any interruption and to have enough time to accomplish all the activities by the end of the lesson. I have learnt that the teacher has to be flexible as well during the lesson. The teacher needs to monitor the students to know their strengths and weaknesses and to monitor even him/herself to improve his/her skills and make the classes enjoyable.
