I learned how to describe a teacher in different ways. A prompter is when the teacher encourages the students to give further information by following up with a question. A facilitator sets up an activity to allow the students to practice english language themselves. A manager is when the teacher takes control of a classroom activity. A model is the teacher provides a correct example of english language pronunciation. An assessor is the teacher gives feedback and correction in addition to evaluation. I learned good and bad characteristics of a learner and a teacher. I learned how to match a students language skills to the correct language level.
