I have learnt in this unit on problem situation teachers experience in their teaching career. When you are a new teacher in a school you will meet new classes with students and it is important to build a good rapport with the learners. Classes can fall into two categories which are the new group whereby students don't know each other and maybe unfamiliar with efl methodology. A teacher will deal with large classes at some point in their teaching career but involving the student and asking them to assist can lessen the stress. Electing group leaders that will be responsible for distributing copies of worksheets
