I learnt four different forms of present tense(not sure what tense this sentence is:) )This definitely has been an eye opening unit. the 4 tense covered in this unit are simple present continuous/progressive present present perfect present perfect continuous. Aim still trying to get a hang of these tenses. I guess more practise will help me. This unit is based on "Teaching receptive skills"".
