This unit gave a great insight into people management on a very broad spectrum. It was fascinating to learn how the different class groupings change the atmosphere in the classroom. And that the teacher is more of a facilitator than a lecturer. This unit definitely showed how important it is to build good rapport with the class and that getting to know each of them individually is the best knowledge you can have to help them learn.
