I found this unit to be very helpful in teaching different levels of students in the same class. I like the way a teacher can have the strong students help the weaker students. Also I found it helpful to learn that in the first lesson the teacher needs to build a rapport with the students. The teacher doesn't need to use the course book in the first lesson. Also there are fun ways to warm up the class by using games such as hangman and memory games.
