This unit was very helpful in giving a good outline for managing a class. Many good suggestions on how to arrange the students and which arrangements to use depending on the circumstance of each individual class. Understanding the pros and cons of each arrangement as well as the pros and cons of TTT and STT will be very useful in the class. Also much good advice was given on how and when to discipline a class. How to do it in a respectful and kind way while continuing to maintain control of the class.
