It is imporatnt as we learn english using different methods and techniques to produce the best results. Methods are a way of teaching whilst using different techniques. Along the way teachers give feedback as to what the students produce and if possible corrections are made or alternative methods are applied. When teaching past tenses I would think it would be most helpful to write the types of past tenses and their correlating formula with lots of examples just like how Unit 6 has provided. When teaching irregular past tenses it would be best to have a lot of fun games to facilitate the memory process. A good general overview of being an english teacher to speakers of other languages. The most useful information that I found was the European rating system which is totally foreign to me as an American. Everything else seemed to be pretty obvious
