During this lesson I have learned the many roles of a teacher and that there are many approaches to teaching. teachers should take on many roles and utilize the roles that are most effective with the group of students and the material. The lesson taught me how to identify a motivated learner by providing the characteristics of good learners. Unit one explained the breakdown of each level of ability in the english language. Overall I have learned that forming a relationship with students is very important. There will be a difference between teaching adults and teaching children and it is important to recognize the difference in learners.
