This unit was for me the most interesting unit so far. I have never understood the phonemic symbols but through the explanatory video I have finally come to understand how the alphabet works and also how important it is to use in a classroom. The class demonstration video showed me how I can use the symbols to teach others. I was never aware of how important putting emphasis and stress on certain sounds and words was and I found this unit incredibly helpful.
