I found the topic of this unit interesting and helpful in a practical way. Receptive skills was something I had not considered before but it very important to keep in mind when teaching others. I appreciate the practical tips that were given and the example of a straight-arrow lesson. I also always find the exercise pages at the end of each chapter very helpful to answer and summarize what I have learned from each unit.
