I found this unit also to be fairly straight forward. Some of the ideas and concepts used in this unit is used in my job. We are always upskilling and training and learning new concepts which is great as in this day and age technology and ideas are always changing. Question number 2 could be either answer I feel as if you are a new teacher you will want to refer to the book for guidance but not be seen to be reading from the book.
