This was the hardest unit by far. It was very difficult. I find it hard to believe that most teachers would use a phonetic approach with their students. Maybe I just need to practice with phonetic spelling to be more comfortable with teaching it. It is like a whole new language! I will definitely review this material before my first teaching job.
