This unit deals with problematic situations that may appear in different classrooms. For first time teachers the most important would be information on how to behave at the very first lesson. Dos and don'ts that should be considered. After reading this final unit I realized that I have remembered some grammar points that I started to forget and I also realized that much of the information was already familiar to me which is very motivating!
