I felt that 'Unit 2 Parts of Speech' was very helpful. Especially the section devoted to articles. As an assistant language teacher working in japan, I find that articles can be extremely challenging for my students! This unit has helped me to understand articles more myself and has given me some clues on how to go about teaching how to use articles.
