This unit focused on parts of speech. In this unit I learned the definitions of verbs, prepositions, adjectives, nouns, articles, adverbs, and gerunds. I also learned the different types of articles such as definite and indefinite articles, and the different types of nouns such as proper nouns and pronouns. I have learned the basic parts of speech that can improve a student on how to compose grammatical sentences.The basic structure of a sentence is a good foundation to a more complex one.This lesson helped me a lot.
