e not at a disadvantage because they don't know english but being multilingual they are actually at great benefit. As a new teacher I will have the tendency to stick to the course book for guidance but I feel as I get more experienced I will try to incorporate my own personality and humor to the lessons and use more interactive activities that tailor to the class' specific needs.
