The unit reviewed troubleshooting and common problem situations. The first lessons can either be a new group or an existing group. Some warmer activities were suggested. The unit also reviewed challenges when teaching different levels and how the teacher can deal with this. Another situation may be large classes and different techniques of teaching were provided to create a successful large class. Another group includes reluctant students and some ideas were provided regarding how to teach these students.
