The lesson plan guidelines are fantastic and I appreciate the fact that there are both some great ideas here to be able to draw from and also a blank form for our own personal use. As a new teacher I would personally gain a lot from working through this form in preparation for every class and I appreciate that even with the best of intentions in getting through all scheduled activities you will always have disruptions and it is important to be fluid in your approach to ensure that students feel encouraged to ask questions and query uncertainties. I love the practice drills included and while I may not use these exactly they have started me thinking about my own take on drills or activities.
