I have learned more about tenses, auxiliary verbs and reported speech than I ever did in my traditional education. I feel more prepared now to answer complicated questions about why in one instance a verb is conjugated one way and why it is different in other instances. Although, I plan to teach young learners I'm sure this adds depth to my abilities as an instructor. I think the best thing this course has given me is a look at what successful lesson plans look like and why they are or are not successful. I plan on using some of my lesson plans created in this course while working for an organization and I plan on adapting them to each group of new learners. I also have created games that I'm excited to try out. Furthermore, I appreciate the movie unit. It's always important to see what a successful instructor looks like and what makes them successful.
