I have learnt that the relationship students have with their teacher is proportional to the way in which the teacher acts and how comfortable the teacher is during the various different roles. teachers need to have a certain level of understanding and patience toward his/her students especially since the teacher could be teaching adults/young learners in which case will result in the teacher having to have a different approach to both groups.
