In this unit I learnt about the different intonation patterns and the rules that go along with them. I also learnt ways in which these intonations can be taught in the classroom. I learnt the importance of hearing where the stress lies in a sentence and how it can show what context the sentence is being said in. I also learnt about Phonemic Symbols.
