The different methodologies presented in this lesson provide us with a diversified approach depending upon the ages and english levels of the individual student group. The Engagement Phase is set up to be like a pep rally to gain the students attention and excitement to install a willingness to learn. The Study Phase allows us to review what the students know and for the teacher to implement their notes from the Engagement Phase and assist each student in the areas in need of improvement. And the Activate Phase allows for free communication and interaction with the entire group allowing the teacher to monitor further for areas of improvement and open praise to each of the different students.
