Unit 2 was a new learning experience for me as a first time teacher. A lot of times as a learner you don't realize the methods or techniques being employed behind the scenes. How to structure a lesson for instance is very calculated and there is a lot to take into account during the preparation period. Research and enough prep time is paramount. I really enjoyed learning about the activate phase because I think free flow with little correction is essential to language learning.
