What I have learnt from this lesson is the importance of lesson planning. I particular I believe that this is very important for a novice teacher if they are to achieve their teaching aims and goals. Without a plan a novice teacher is may become confused and muddled and lose their way. The various stages of the phases were important to me to understand. I found the study stage the most difficult to determine the appropriate order.
