In this issue I have learned the importance of being aware of cultural issues in whatever country one would like to work in . The website cyborlink is a great resource for this and explains each region and country using the Geert Hofstede Analysis. I have also learned of the different ways to seek employment and all the important questions one should ask and also what one shouldn´t ask. I have learned how to best present my CV and the important items to add and remove. An overview of further education was also covered and a very extensive list of websites for information to use while teaching was listed.
