This unit explained problem situations and troubleshooting in the classroom. The teacher can have either a new group or an existing group in his/her first class. In a new group it´s important to establish rapport between the class members. It might be good NOT to use the coursebook too much in first lesson but instead find out more about the students needs and their individual english level. A good activity for this is "pass the ball"
