I have gained a lot from learning about the ESA method of teaching. It is a fun and flexible approach that is tailored to the challenges of the classroom. Some of these challenges, which I also learned throughout the course, is finding students' individual needs through assessment and creating a classroom setting that would be tailored to their needs as well as Implementing good ESA activities and strategies.
I plan to put into action what I have learned by implementing this method along with researching lesson plans and common or individual problems that the classroom might have in learning the language. In order to understand these problems, I would use testing as a strategy to evaluate their weakness and progressions before I can lesson plan
