Not having much teaching experience before doing this course, I must admit it has given me so much knowledge, tools, resources and, above all, confidence to continue in the esl field. I increased my understandings and knowledge on skills and language awareness. The teaching techniques will be very useful inside the classroom or anywhere my teaching will be requested. The ESA process made the lesson planning easy to create and the area of grammar study rules helped clarify my doubts of its use. I find it rewarding to be the main instrument and probably first contact with english that esl students will have and getting to know them and being able to teach and lead them into a new adventure will certainly become a truly incentive element for my future teaching profession.
Living in italy, my hopes are to be able to transfer my knowledge to future english speakers possibly in international language schools and/or through private tutoring.
