This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
1. I have learned a simple and effective method to include in every lesson motivation, exposition to the language and opportunity to use it. “ESA” elements are always present in my lesson plans. I´m very comfortable with this style of teaching.
2. I have gained a good number of ideas for all the three phases. I have a notebook with a lot of practical and useful ideas ready to be used in my lessons.
3. I have gained to take care about my lesson plans. Personally, I see the importance to keep in mind the learner objectives. They have to be related with all the activities in class.
4. I have gained a number of advices in different topics. I just want to mention three of them, as examples:
? The importance of “authentic materials”. Students gain confidence when they understand them. Before reading Unit 14, I always created my own material taking care of the vocabulary. Now, I try to balance my materials.
? I receive with pleasure all the information about Online sources (Unit 17).
? Teaching individual students. I find very useful the suggestions to manage these situations. Some of these simple suggestions make the difference.
5. I have received an excellent grammar review.
6. I have gained many important references about Language Teaching:

7. After this experience, I am not the same teacher.
