This unit covers how to deal with different types of groups in a classroom setting and differences between individual students in the class. This unit provided useful information regarding group dynamics and how to work with potential problems that naturally occur in the setting of an english class. Dealing with the usage of the native language is also important and useful information to me as I might be teaching people who are more comfortable speaking another language that I already know.
