What was most useful for me in this unit was the part about teaching young learners since that is mostly what I have been doing. It’s very good to see the difference between how to teach an adult and how to teach a child. It seems to me that the most important thing concerning teaching children is their attention span and that you need to learn how to work with it. As well as discipline which can be quite hard. It’s hard for me to mix keeping everything fun and then discipline but good to know that it’s easier to start off firmer and then gradually relax control rather than the other way around.
