This section taught me how to manage a classroom and create a good atmosphere within it. I learn when i's appropriate to be dominate and when a teacher should step back and let the students figure things out on their own. I also learned that group work and pairing is very important to how a student learns. It can give them time to experiment with the language and give creative responses.
