This lesson taught me what to expect when teaching english to speakers of other languages. I really thought the needs analysis worksheet was a great idea in order to understand what the client needs and wants. I also found the section on how to teach younger children helpful. The section reminded teachers to try to be fun and engaging in addition to be sensitive to their needs and personal challenges.
