This unit provides good resources for professional development and brings up a brief introduction of cultural issues we may face in different countries. Geerf Hofstede resources are pretty interesting to read about. The webliography is also very useful as the links are informative. The last supplementary part on the differences between really young learners and older learners serves as a good read and reminder that we should adapt our teaching approach to learners from the different age groups and a peep into their psychological make up is always interesting and useful to know.
