The content in this unit was simple but necessary knowledge. Learning about the different types of test/evaluations for students to measure progress as well as how to designate speakers of foreign languages according to their pre-existing knowledge of English. It states the differences between reading or listening for entertainment or a purpose. It states ways we can read and listen. It tells us the importance of pre choosing topics and texts that best interest the students. It also shows us how to use receptive skills in a ESA.
