This lesson was about different problems that I as a TESL teacher and ways to navigate through them. There were many different solutions offered to the normal problem English teachers face. In my opinion, it was a very helpful course. It was also a lot of things I had already learned in the previous lesson so this is really a refresher course in my opinion.I found this unit very help and educational. I think it's important to be prepared and knowledgeable about how to manage a class and the different ways to increase student talk time. The overall goals is to create a successful, safe and fun learning environment. I feel like I will benefit a lot from what I learned in this lesson later in my teaching career.
