I have learned ways to accommodate to students of different levels, make classes interesting, relate to students, enlarge teaching strategies, create effective lesson plans and be an effective and caring teacher. I have also added a lot more games to my curriculum so I'll be able to mix up games instead of using the same ones over and over. I hope to use all of the skills and ideas I have learned about and put them into acting by using lesson plan sheets so I can stay organized, create games and fun within the classroom, style different lesson plans according to the themes or topics of the particular lesson. I have learned ways to be a motivator to students so that they can feel confidence and eagerness to succeed in the english language. I have learned A LOT of rules for grammar that I previously wasn't familiar with (in explanations) and how to teach these grammar rules and structures to students. I have learned what kinds of lessons I can use with particular tenses such as present continuous, present perfect, past simple and so forth. I think I'll be able to create further lessons plans and have idea of what activities to use for each tense. I have definitely had a lot practice and more knowledge of presenting active to speech to reported speech.
