I have gained so much from this course! I have learned various aspects of english grammar that I didn’t even know existed. I have gotten a thorough review of various grammatical concepts that I haven’t even thought about since learning them in my earlier school years. I have also learned so much about how to handle different kinds of students and the special things to consider when teaching different ages and levels of students. I have also learned many lesson planning techniques and classroom instruction techniques. I plan to put everything I have learned into action when teaching my own language class. I will use the tools and skills I have learned from the course in all aspects of my teaching including evaluating students’ abilities, planning lessons, teaching lessons, and assessing students. I will also use the techniques and skills I have learned from this course when it comes to establishing a good rapport with my students and creating a warm, welcoming, and productive classroom environment.
