Reviewing parts of speech was difficult at first. I kept trying to remember all the songs from schoolhouse rock from when I was little. I can certainly see how difficult learning the intricacies of the english language can be for students of any age - as a native speaker some of those concepts are hard to explain. I am excited to continue learning this information to help refresh my understanding of these concept which will no doubt help me in the classroom. Keeping organized and being very clear about the distinctions and continuing my research will certainly help me as well. This section was a nice way to honestly check in with myself and provide and personal assessment.
