This unit focuses on classroom management. It shows us ways of organising and managing the class. It gives us useful tips for achieving and maintaining discipline while having a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the classroom. It explains various methods of communication towards students - both verbal and non-verbal methods - and their appropriate usage in specific situations. It gives us examples how and under which conditions divide students into smaller groups/pairs and what are the pros and cons of these arrangements. In this unit the role of the teacher in the classroom is defined. I have learned a lot from this unit. It is very useful and helpful. It gives us tips how to behave properly towards students in the classroom
