First of all the many links to potential classroom games is extremely useful. I felt that this was a very simple and common-sense unit. I learned about the different types of fluency and accuracy activities and how they differ in nature for example fluency activities are usually less controlled and are focused on getting the students comfortable with speaking and mainly just making sense with the sentences they produce while accuracy aimed lessons are geared towards ensuring the rules of the english language are abided by. I can see how most students are eager to learn how to speak rather than write as it is more engaging and produces an immediate result. It will be a challenge to create lesson plans that make practicing writing in english enjoyable.
