This unit was the first experience for me in this online course. I found it both informative and relevant. I am pleased to see that there is so much focus on the behaviour of teachers and not just on telling learners facts and figures. As a corporate trainer much of the information about teachers and learners was useful revision. The new parts for me were about the levels from the European Framework. I can see how this will be very useful when assessing learners and providing them with relevant training. I look forward to the next unit!
